Excellent customer service! I had 2 recalls to get fixed on my 2002 Honda. Made appt online the night before for 9am the next morning. Drove there. Got it in service bay right on time, sat down in waiting area which was very clean, spacious and nice! The best coffee ive ever drank along with Krispy Kreme donuts and free bottled water. Very nice employees. Prompt service. Highly recommend. Will go back for my cars needs!

My wife and I had a great experience at Smart Honda today. We received a great price on an Odyssey for our family (which we agreed on before arriving) and Mike Herring was extremely helpful and made the trip from Omaha to Des Moines well worth it. I would highly recommend Mike and Smart Honda.
The Parts department (which is what i use most) is always on point and helpful. As s shop owner, i love getting my OEM parts from reliable people i can count on and trust. Ive never had any issues with them or their service department!
Please be aware of tire rotation. I was there on Feb 4th evening for my Honda Civic B1 service, they’ve billed me for B1 ( oil and filter change plus tire rotation - $76 ) when delivered, I observed my tires and they are in same position as before. So, I would suggest you guys make sure they rotate your tires or else pay the same amount to a reliable mechanic outside and he can even do it before you. Also, they say complimentary multi point vehicle inspection but they do only a few points compared to other Honda dealers.

I've been a customer with Smart Honda for a long time and I can only say positive things about this company. I've owned Honda brand for most of my life, owning different models and I was never dissapointed with the brand as well as the level of service Smart Honda provides. Even when issues arise, they are always quick to help me resolve them and make it right. My adviser has been Bub for a very long time and he is easy to work with and very accommodating and understanding of my concerns when such arise. They have one of the best waiting area in town with a coffee maker that makes varies coffee and chocolate drinks as well as other refreshments. Overall great service, great people, great brand.
