Had routine oil & filter change and multi-point inspection. Inspection revealed uneven tire wear. Service advisor Missy Halferty recommended tire rotation and alignment check to provide a better drive and to save wear & tear on tires and on suspension parts. Tire rotation was done and alignment check indicated adjustment was needed which was also done. Wasn’t aware of the problem but discovered my 2018 CRV drives much smoother after the service.
