"Superb"

I found myself in a position two weeks ago to suddenly have to trade my new 2011 Honda Odyssey after just 7 months into a 3 year lease.  Salesman Clay Olson was exceptional in his response and assistance in getting me back into a four wheel drive 2012 Pilot.  I talked to him on a Thurs. am after our first snow proved I could not get out of our driveway in the vehicle I had leased in the spring.  Clay had me traded into a new vehicle, color and model of my choice, by Monday afternoon.  He made it the easiest transaction I have ever had to do in regards to purchasing a new vehicle.  I was able to trade keys for keys and Smart Honda, through Clay and Steve Palmer's assistance in Finance, made my first payment. I could not be happier or more satisfied with the service I receive at Smart Honda.  Clay has been my salesman for 3 consecutive Hondas and I cannot think of any other salesman that has been as helpful, friendly, easy to work with, and available as Clay.  I refer anyone I know to him.  He is superb and Smart Honda is also exceptional in providing Hondas and service in central Iowa!

I am very pleased with my Honda Civic. I am 66 years old and this is my very first new car. I have worked for a company for 33 years and decided to buy a car to celebrate my retirement.  I was looking at the Ford Focus and made the remark to the salesman in our home town that I was interested in buying a new car. He said he would get back to me in a week, six weeks later he called me and said that he was sorry that he hadn't got back to me, maybe because I am a women. His mistake and I am glad  that I choose the Honda Civic. I would like to thank Jacque Wolff who sold it to me, because she gave me respect and knew that I  was interested.
